Hard Times Reveal Strong People
You might have heard before that hard times build strong people.
This is definitely true. We as humans have a survival instinct within us so of course we have to adapt during harder times to become stronger. This is where it holds true that hard times builds those strong people.
But hard times don’t always build strong people. I think there is truth to this, but I think it is also true that strong times reveal strong people.
There will always be strong people, but at times they aren’t in the environment to really show it. Sometimes people end up in good situations, and although they are strong in many aspects they aren’t in the place to where they need to really dig deep to find that secret potential hidden within them.
Which is why I believe that hard times not only build strong people, but hard times reveal strong people as well.
A lot of people end up going through some sort of event in their life where they end up facing something very negative. This causes a change in them and when that occurs it reveals the potential that they had within.
Like a Gohan facing Cell type of thing after they killed off Android 16. (Although that definitely more of a life or death situation)
But people have greatness within them. Sometimes hard times are required so that those strong, great people appear. But why wait for the hard times to come? Why not begin to work on being great now?
You are capable of achieving the goals you have. Don’t waste any more time thinking about it and instead start chasing your dreams. I’m not saying go to sleep at 8 PM today after hitting 200 pushups and 100 situps and then waking up next morning at 4 AM to go out for a run. No. I am saying begin taking action.
Do you want to graduate from a certain school? Begin studying, not only the material, but as well as studying what practices are better for actually studying and retaining the information.
Do you want to have six-pack abs? Begin doing some sort of exercise right now. Start figuring out what foods you have to reduce and remove from your diet. Look up people such as Chris Bumstead, Greg Doucette, More Plates More Dates. There’s so many fitness channels that give out quality information out there not only on YouTube, but on other social platforms as well such as Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Hard times reveal strong people. But don’t wait for the hard times to come. Take advantage of the good times while they last and get that head start!
PS.
In my last post I mentioned that I am working on a podcast called ‘WithinU’ which is true and I am still working on the setup for it. But I have also been working on the NeverNothing website! Which will host my blog! That website will be coming sooner than the podcast. So you know, be on the lookout for that!
